Services Offered

  • We’ll meet for 60-minute, one-on-one sessions based on a schedule that works for you. I provide evidence-based solutions while guiding you toward a deeper understanding of your emotions. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck, you're not alone—together, we’ll build the tools you need to feel more in control, confident, and fulfilled.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. Ongoing research supports positive clinical outcomes showing EMDR therapy as a helpful treatment for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, and other distressing life experiences.

  • Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based approach designed for online therapy, helping clients process trauma and emotional distress by targeting "brain spots" in the visual field. This method directly accesses the brain’s trauma centers, promoting deep healing and emotional regulation. It's highly effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and unresolved emotional pain, offering a path to lasting relief and resilience. Schedule a session today to experience its benefits.

  • We’ll meet for 60-minute sessions tailored to fit your schedule. In couples therapy, I use the Gottman Method and co-regulation techniques to enhance communication, deepen intimacy, and foster a stronger connection. If warranted, I take a trauma-informed approach to help partners navigate past wounds with empathy, creating a more supportive and resilient relationship.

  • I’m a certified Nurtured Heart Parent Coach. The Nurtured Heart Approach® is typically introduced as an approach for parents, professionals and educators to use toward the children and the results continue to show positive outcomes. As a certified Nurtured Heart Parent Coach, we will work together to strengthen and nurture all the connections within the family starting from exploring caregivers’ individual needs and where they are in the change process.

  • We’ll meet for 60-minute sessions designed to accommodate your family's needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Emotion-Focused interventions to address relationship dynamics, improve communication, and foster emotional growth within the family unit. Together, we’ll work towards creating a healthier, more connected family environment.

  • Yes, I work with adolescents and families. I offer family therapy that supports emotional regulation, communication, and healthy relationships.
However, I do not offer individual therapy for children under age 11, as younger children typically benefit more from in-person therapy, where play-based methods are more effective. Family or parent-based sessions may still be appropriate depending on your child’s needs.

  • Yes. My practice is 100% virtual, offering telehealth therapy for New Jersey residents through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This allows you to receive consistent, high-quality care from the comfort and privacy of your home—ideal for busy professionals, parents, or anyone looking for flexible, remote mental health support.

Side note: With the recent passage of the Social Work Licensure Compact in New Jersey, I expect to offer virtual therapy across state lines within the next 6–12 months—depending on how quickly implementation is finalized. You can learn more about the Social Work Compact here for the most up-to-date information.

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes long and tailored to your specific concerns and therapy goals. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and work on tools that support your emotional well-being and long-term growth.

You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.

  • I am an out-of-network therapist, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide monthly superbills (invoices) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
If you're unsure about your coverage, please visit the Payment page to learn how to check your benefits and understand your reimbursement options.

  • You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we're a good fit. This initial call gives us a chance to talk about your goals, what you're looking for in therapy, and how I can best support you.

    Ways to schedule:

I do my best to respond promptly and offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs.

  • The consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about your goals, concerns, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and for us to get a sense of how we might work together.
If it turns out that I’m not the right fit for your needs, I’m happy to offer referrals or recommendations to other therapists or resources that may better support you. My priority is helping you find the care that’s right for you.
